Barista / Shift Supervisor – La Crema Caffe

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Fixed Hours, No Weekends!)

Location: Woodbridge (PineValley & Hwy 7)

Pay Range: $19 - 22 /Hourly Wage + Tips

What You’ll Do

• Craft Quality Coffee: Learn to grind, brew, and serve authentic Italian espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.

• Deliver Great Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, take orders efficiently using our POS system, and build relationships with our regular morning crowd.

• Maintain Cafe Standards: Keep the espresso machine, service counter, cafe and seating area clean and organized.

• Support Daily Operations: Complete morning opening tasks, daily operational tasks & afternoon closing duties to keep the cafe running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: No prior experience needed! We provide comprehensive, paid training for the right candidate.

• Punctuality: Because shifts start at 7:00 AM sharp, reliable morning transportation and strong punctuality are essential.

• Attributes: A bright morning attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.

• Communication: Ability to chat warmly with both teammates and guests.
